Improving the Communities we Serve

Our philosophy is that the people come first. Every job is important; every person is a unique piece of the formula for success. That’s why at StressCrete, King Luminaire, KingCast, and Spartan Sports Lighting you’re not just a number, you’re a person and a member of the family.

This is the best group of people I have ever worked with, from upper management to everyone on the floor. This is without a doubt the best company I can say I have ever worked for.”

“Every aspect of this company deserves to be commended and appreciated - the wages are great, employees are easy to get along with, and the work itself is satisfying. Driving around looking at the poles on the street, I find myself pointing out to others saying, ‘I make those!’”

We’re looking for people who are committed to producing great work and enjoying themselves while doing it. People with ideas and energy who want to make an impact. We’re looking for people who will see the limitless opportunities for professional and personal development and seize them. Here’s what employees, a significant portion whom have over 20 years of service, say about working at StressCrete Group:

“Everyone, including upper management, is very down to earth and easy to get along with. We all share the same goal of helping the company succeed and work together to do so.”

“The people we work for really show they care about our families as well as us as employees.”

“I will retire here! I have found a home at StressCrete.”
