Position Overview

King Luminaire, a division of StressCrete Group located in Jefferson, OH, is seeking a Shipping Coordinator. The ideal candidate is a reliable self-starter with strong work ethic and ability to provide quality results. Above all, the individual must have a willingness to learn and have a strong desire to be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Arrange trucks with trucking companies to deliver product to the customer.
• Complete paperwork for Company Truck that travels to Canada
• Create shipping labels that go on product.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with trucking companies.
• Negotiate with trucking companies for optimal cost.
• Communicate with trucking companies to resolve shipping and damage issues.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required, Some post-secondary education preferred (college, university, etc.)
• 3-5 years of shipping experience in manufacturing setting required.
• 3-5 years of experience with an ERP management system required; Seradex or similar ERP system preferred.
